Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary material and equipment to machine the Forward ICCS Cab Hatch seal track. The HSLA-100 track must be machined to a maximum depth of 0.063" +/- 1/32" on the horizontal surface, achieving a width of 2.63" with a 250 rms surface finish. All edges must be broken, and the entire seal track smoothed, transitioning from vertical to horizontal as required. All machining debris must be cleaned upon completion. Technical drawings (Figure 1 and Figure 2) provide critical dimensional and specification details.
