Scope of Work
NSWCDD intends to procure an I/Q Record and Playback system from Ice Enterprises, Inc. The required items are:
- ICE-TRAY-SFF-M310 Laptop Sized DSP Platform: Must have 1 GHz instantaneous bandwidth, 14-bit ADC/DAC, record up to 26.5 GHz, playback up to 18 GHz, and fit within a Pelican 1560 Protector Case (20 x 15 x 4 inches). It requires 20 TB I/Q storage (not included in size requirement) and DoD unique identification.
- ICE-FLTPAC-30TB Portable Storage: 30TB capacity, designed for operation with ICE Appliances and Small Recorders, and requires DoD unique identification. The system must be compatible in form, fit, and function with existing installed systems.
Contract Details
This acquisition will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, resulting in a Firm Fixed-Price order. All costs, including shipping to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114, and any tariffs or duty charges, must be included in the quoted price. Delivery is required within 18 weeks from the date of award. Submission & Evaluation

A critical requirement is to provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming the offeror is an authorized reseller or distributor of Ice Enterprises, Inc. products; submissions without this may not be considered. Firms must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award.
