  • Personnel: Board-certified radiologists with appropriate licensure and insurance.
  • Compliance: Adherence to HL7, Joint Commission, ACR, OSHA, HIPAA, and DHS IT security standards (including FedRAMP for cloud services).
  • Plans: Contractor must develop a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
  • AI: An AI compliance and risk management plan is required if AI technologies are utilized.
