Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide "Omnivee Vendor" and "Omnivee Visitor" services for the Base Los Angeles Long Beach. The "Omnivee Vendor" solution aims to enhance security and streamline the management of vendor access, while "Omnivee Visitor" is for verifying visitors.

• Omnivee Vendor Services: Includes biometric registration, individual participant vetting, adjudication and waivers, vendor enrollment, and program support.

• Omnivee Visitor Services: Includes credential validation, access eligibility verification, electronic guest list management, and event management (including pop-ups).

• The contract will be a fixed-firm priced Purchase Order.

• It includes a one-year Base Period and four (4) one-year Option periods.

• Performance is for Base Los Angeles Long Beach.

• Qualified Personnel: All Contractor Personnel must possess qualifications specific to their duties and adhere to all safety and security protocols.

• Invoicing: Invoices must be submitted through the U.S. Department of Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Registration and annual renewal in SAM.gov are required.

• Quality Control: The Contractor must develop and maintain an effective quality control plan. Deficient work must be corrected at no additional cost to the government.
