- RFID Label Printing Software (BarTender Enterprise): Licensing, maintenance, reactivation, and renewal for the application and 16 printer licenses.
- Asset Management Software (ItemAware): Annual maintenance for perpetual licenses, supporting up to 10,000 laboratory assets and 100 networked IP/edge devices.
- Targeted Software Enhancements (ItemAware): Improvements for operational efficiency, data quality, and staff productivity, including Batch Tag Printing, Batch Archiving, Report Improvements, and Item Count Display.
- On-Site Hardware Preventative Maintenance & Technical Support: For IDAS hardware infrastructure (RFID antennas, reader zones, RFID label printers) across four OPQR laboratory sites in Silver Spring, MD.
- Optional Task: Up to 50 hours of ItemAware software support and programming services.
