Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated based on a combination of Price, Past Performance, Delivery, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. The Contracting Officer may utilize online Reverse Auctioning for price discussions, where offerors' proposed prices will be publicly disclosed anonymously. An offeror's final auction price will be considered its final proposal revision.
Additional Notes
This NSN does not have a surge requirement. A subcontracting plan will be required for large businesses, but a Small Business Participation evaluation factor will not be required.
