Scope of Work

- Security & Compliance: Auditable histories, immutable audit trails, FIPS-compliant encryption, OIG-specific Type Authorization, and FISMA High-Impact Validation.
- Integration: Seamless integration with DIA's approved CIO-compliant application infrastructure without custom middleware.
- Deliverables: Minimum 15 corporate perpetual or term licenses, operations manual, manufacturer guide, 24x7 technical support, and access to the Contractor's portal.

Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with FAR clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-3, and 52.212-4 (by reference), with 52.212-5 attached. Evaluation of options will add the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. Bidders must use the provided pricing sheet to detail costs for 15 software licenses and 1 maintenance/support package across all periods.
Additional Notes
This is a non-personal services contract. The Government cannot accommodate customized or boutique solutions requiring significant integration time. Proposed solutions must demonstrate compatibility with the approved security posture and existing network infrastructure for rapid deployment.
