The anticipated IDIQ will cover a broad range of electrical AE Services, primarily within the NAVFAC Atlantic Area of Responsibility Worldwide. Key services include, but are not limited to:
- Utility and facility system master plans, engineering studies, surveying, and mapping.
- Electrical load and demand modeling, voltage drop, short circuit, and arc-flash studies.
- Infrastructure management, including condition assessment programs.
- Conceptual design, operations, and maintenance technical support for electrical substations, transmission, and distribution systems (up to 300 kV).
- Shore-to-ship power services (up to 15 kV).
- Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), SCADA, and electrical controls.
- Electrification of buildings, Smartgrid, Microgrid, Bulk Energy Storage, and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging technologies.
- Cybersecurity of electrical systems.
- Power quality, reliability, and resiliency analysis.
- Maintenance and acceptance testing of electrical equipment (per NETA specifications).
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
