Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI) requires emergency repair services for water leaks on the HVAC hot water supply and return lines across the campus. The contractor will provide all necessary services, including engineering design, materials, labor, and supervision.

• Demolition and replacement of two (2) faulty 6" HVAC hot water supply and return butterfly shutoff valves located at the campus vault.

• Removal and replacement of one (1) faulty 3" HVAC hot water supply butterfly shutoff valve for Building 105.

• Work includes all disciplines: civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls.

• Contractor must field verify valve sizes and existing conditions.

• All deconstructed materials must be removed offsite, unless identified as reusable by the COR.

• Contractor must provide all PPE and implement an OSHA-compliant safety program.

• Adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws, including NEPA and NHPA.

• Utilize low/zero VOC materials.

• All work must comply with applicable codes and standards, including seismic mounting requirements.

• Contractor must provide a 1-year warranty for all construction work.
