The work encompasses all disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls), requires field verification of conditions, offsite removal of deconstructed materials, and adherence to an OSHA-compliant safety program. Compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws (including NEPA and NHPA), use of low/zero VOC materials, and a 1-year warranty are mandatory. Performance standards include quality workmanship, certification by equipment manufacturers, and adherence to COVID protocols. Temporary service must be provided if system interruptions exceed 48 hours.
