• Loading and Removal: Purchaser to provide two (2) roll-off containers for E1LA and one (1) for C1A. Removal is Monday-Friday, 09:00 AM - 1:00 PM CST, excluding holidays. A three (3) business day response is required for removal scheduling.

• Inspection: Available Monday-Friday, 08:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST, excluding holidays. A 72-hour notice is required. Bidder must have two forms of identification to access military installations.

• Contract Type: Term Sale

• Period of Performance: 36-month base period, with two (2) 12-month option periods, and a possible 6-month extension. Total contract length not to exceed 60 months.

• Deposit: Required, retained until contract closure.

• Insurance and Bond: Requirements must be obtained and maintained.

• Submission: Sealed bids submitted via email to dla.sales@dla.mil.

• Forms: SF114 and SF114A must be completed.
