• The sale is for "Miscellaneous oil-filled electrical equipment, non-DOT regulated."

• Transformers are classified as non-PCB (<50 PPM PCB). Bidders must be aware of state regulations regarding PCB levels, as some states regulate levels below 50 PPM.

• Transformers are intact and unbroken. Any leaks found at time of removal will be fixed by the Generator.

• Intent to export these transformers outside of the U.S. for recycling is NOT authorized.
