Purpose
This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only, intended to determine the availability of Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) for a potential Firm-Fixed Price, Non-Personal Service Type Contract. The responses will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether an IEE set-aside is possible.
Scope of Work
The requirement is for comprehensive maintenance service and support for various GE Imaging equipment. This includes:
- Calibration/Preventive Maintenance: Onsite services with all parts, labor, tools, and transportation, adhering to OEM recommendations and accrediting body requirements (CMS, TJC, DNV-GL). Only new or OEM-certified replacement parts are to be used.
- Unscheduled Maintenance and Parts: Covers all unscheduled repairs, emergency call-backs, and breakdown repairs at no additional cost, including all parts, labor, and transportation.
- Ultrasound Probes: Coverage for repair/replacement of up to two General/Specialty ultrasound probes per 12-month period, with loaner probes provided.
- Documentation: Contractor must provide inspection forms, labels, PM checklists, and service tickets to the Department Supervisor and COR within one week of service.

Submission Requirements
Interested Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) are requested to submit a capability statement via email to William Kohl (William.Kohl@ihs.gov) by Monday, March 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM Central Time. The capability statement should include:
- Company information and Point of Contact details.
- SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI).
- GSA Schedule or other procurement vehicle information.
- A detailed capability statement demonstrating ability to perform the required services.
- A completed Indian Firm Representation Form to self-certify eligibility as an "Indian Firm" with "Indian Ownership" under the Buy Indian Act.
