This notice is for informational and planning purposes to determine the availability of Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) for a Firm-Fixed Price, Commercial Item purchase order for Stryker Stretchers and Accessories, or equal, for the Pine Ridge Hospital, Pine Ridge Indian Health Service. The Government is conducting market research to determine the appropriate acquisition method, including potential set-asides. The anticipated NAICS code is 339112.

• Procurement of Stryker Stretchers and Accessories, or equal, for the Pine Ridge Hospital.

• Contractor must provide new equipment and parts; no used, refurbished, or remanufactured items.

• No Gray Market Goods or Counterfeit Electronic Parts.

• All equipment must be accompanied by the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) warranty.

• Contractor shall arrange for shipping to the Pine Ridge Hospital.

• Contractor shall provide onsite field service personnel for installation if needed.

• Field service personnel will provide proof of operation via a service report.

• Type of Order: Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Anticipated Period of Performance: 90 days from the date of purchase order issuance.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To purchase new stretchers for the emergency department at Pine Ridge Service Unit, as the department is experiencing a high patient census and requires additional stretchers.

• Purchase of four (4) new Stryker Prime 1115 Stretchers, or equal.

• The system includes specific components such as:

  • Prime Big Wheel Stretcher
  • Electric Lift Base
  • Retractable Cord
  • 4-sided brake/steer control
  • 3-sided hydraulic controls
  • Scale system
  • Dual end siderail release
  • Head end pop-up push handles
  • 2 stage IV pole head left
  • Ultra comfort, se 4x30 intl

• The contract will include equipment, freight, and a warranty of at least one year.

• Period of Performance: 90 days from the time of award.

• Place of Performance: Pine Ridge Hospital, 607 Indian Health Rd, Pine Ridge, SD 57770.

• Type of Order: Firm fixed price purchase order.

• Deliverables: A service report required within one week of services. If additional repairs are needed, a quote for follow-up parts/labor is required within one week of services.

• Payment: Due upon receipt of complete and accurate invoices, submitted monthly via the U.S. Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Net 15 after invoice submission.

• The Indian Health Service will provide staff to assist with equipment entry into the facility.
