Base Bid: Upper Bulkhead Recesses includes, but is not limited to, disposal of two emergency miter gate leaves, associated anchorages & pintle balls; removal and disposal of pintle ball bases; concrete removal; fabrication, delivery & installation of precast concrete panels, precast concrete recess panels, steel deadman beams, and steel protection plate assemblies; installation of concrete anchors, check post installation, installation of anchor and wall armor, concrete placement, underwater concrete placement, diving operations, installation of rock dowels and weep holes, and electrical work.

Option A: Miscellaneous Mechanical Fabrications includes, but is not limited to, fabrication and delivery of bull gear components, bull gear roller components, structural steel framing and grating.

Option B & C: Bull Gear Pit Repairs on the Landwall includes, but is not limited to, installation of miscellaneous mechanical fabrications; horizontal and vertical concrete removal and concrete placement; installation of structural steel framing; removal, disposal & installation of grating; and electrical work.

Option D & E: Bull Gear Pit Repairs on the I-wall includes, but is not limited to, installation of miscellaneous mechanical fabrications; horizontal and vertical concrete removal and concrete placement; removal, cleaning, painting and reinstallation of structural steel framing; removal, disposal & installation of grating; and electrical work.

Option F: Upper Guidewall Repairs includes, but is not limited to, horizontal concrete removal and concrete placement; fabrication, delivery & installation of steel reinforcing plate; and electrical work.

Estimate Range: $10,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00
