Quick Summary
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-ORL) is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Notice to identify capable contractors for Integrated Live Virtual Constructive Test Environment (ILTE) Product Support for the AH-64E Apache Follow-On Operational Test II (FOTE II). This effort supports the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI).
Scope of Work
The requirement is for instrumentation deployment and operation to support AH-64E operational tests at Ft. Hood, Dyess Air Force Base, and Naval Air Station, Corpus Christi, Texas. The instrumentation must provide Real Time Casualty Assessment (RTCA) and Time Space Position Information (TSPI) concurrently during test events. This includes data collection onboard the AH-64E, wireless communication with ground stations, and integration with ground platforms outfitted with network radios and Aviation-specific Tactical Engagement Simulation System (AVNTESS) instrumentation.
Contractors must demonstrate capabilities for installation and test accreditation processes to begin by May 1, 2017. Required certifications include airworthy certifications for flight instrumentation, J/F-12 licenses for radios, and DIACAP or RMF certifications for systems and components, along with reports of prior successful use.
