• Rolling Stools: 20 units, 16" x 17" x 14", metal/plastic, with durable 2" swivel casters, 275 lbs capacity, padded seat.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To furnish all plans, materials, labor, equipment, appliances, and perform all operations to install new Bay Items at building 7710.

• Furnish and assemble new Bay Items in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

• Place each item in its designated location per the approved floor plan.

• Remove all packaging materials, leaving the work area clean and orderly.

• Installation shall be phased to minimize disruption to office operations.

• Coordinate with the project manager to establish the schedule for each designated area.

• Delivery and Installation: Thirty-Forty-Five (30-45) Days After Receipt of Order (AOR).

• Location: 3900 AMMO Dr, Suite 101, Barksdale AFB, LA 71110, for building 7710.

• Hours of Operation: Normal hours are between 0800 and 1600, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays.

• Security: Obtain visitor passes (AF Form 75) for all personnel requiring access. Coordinate with SSgt Caleb Dwyer/SSgt Marcus Ruckman for escorts. Vehicles are subject to search. Contractor vehicles must have company markings. Employees are prohibited from possessing weapons, firearms, or ammunition on base.

• Safety: Develop and implement a safety plan. Provide and mandate the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Report all accidents and incidents to the 2d Security Forces Squadron Law Enforcement Desk.

• Housekeeping: Keep all facilities and work areas clean and neat according to industry, OSHA, fire, and safety standards.

• Access: Obtain base identification and vehicle passes for all personnel. Submit a written request to the contracting officer. Comply with AFI 31-101 and AFI 31-501 for access to controlled or restricted areas. Provide an after-hours contact number/email for the Emergency Mass Notification System (EMNS).

• Government Property: Safeguard all government property and controlled forms. Secure all Government facilities, equipment, and materials at the end of each work period.

• Quality: Ensure all completed work is of high quality, including inspection of furniture for durability, material defects, and operational checks.
