This requirement is for Information Management Information Technology Support Services (IMITSS) for the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD).  This effort encompasses the services and materials necessary for the analysis, design, development, test, integration, deployment and operations of information technology (IT) systems and services for each of the functional division requirements.

This will be 100% Small Business Set-aside in Seaport to fulfill this requirement under the authority of and in accordance with FAR Part 15. The solicitation is posted on Seaport.

Bidder’s Library: The Bidder’s Library is a repository of reference materials provided to assist offerors in preparing their proposals. It contains documents relevant to understanding the requirements of this solicitation. Access to the Bidder’s Library, is restricted and will be granted upon request or through the designated portal as specified in the solicitation.

To access the Bidder’s Library, offerors must submit a written request to CS and PCO via email. Upon verification, access will be granted through SAM.gov.

Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled information in Contract Opportunities within beta.sam.
