• Safety & Security Reporting: Contractor employees must immediately report safety, security, or environmental violations to their supervisor and the cognizant FRC East Safety/Security/Environmental Office. Initial notification can be via phone or e-mail. A safety incident requires an incident memo within 24 hours.

• Environmental Management System (EMS): Contractor supervisors must complete EMS Awareness training and convey information to their personnel annually. Training must be documented.

• Specific Work Area Requirements: The document details mandatory language to be included in work documents for various scenarios, including:

  • Maintenance/construction activities requiring a "Contract Work Notice."
  • Work above or near aircraft/passageways requiring notification and area barricading.

This solicitation is for the "NEW Contract Tank, Immersion, Replacement - YC81469" for the IMMERSION TANK WASH SYSTEM BLDG. 137.
