Scope of Work
The SACC IDIQs are intended to provide a flexible contractual mechanism for critical infrastructure needs, including general construction, alteration, modification, maintenance and repair, demolition, design-build, Building Information Modelling (BIM), and new construction of buildings, facilities, and real property. The scope also includes support for emergency responses to natural disasters and other emergencies. Contractors must have the capacity to manage multiple Task Orders concurrently.
Specific services include, but are not limited to:
- General design and construction management
- Site planning and environmental assessments
- Alteration, modification, and renovation of existing facilities
- Maintenance and repair of existing buildings and infrastructure
- Demolition of structures and facilities
- Engineering analysis and site assessments
- Design-build renovation and new construction services
