Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) defines the tasks required for the Implementation of Advanced Government Simulation Capabilities (IAGSC). The objective is to deliver non-personal services to support government development and integration of software products into Department of Defense (DoD) systems for the Air Force Sustainment Center's (AFSC) Software Development Directorate, Experimentation Division (AFSC/SWX).

• Software development for various DoD customers.

• Program Management Reviews (PMRs) are to be conducted quarterly, with specific requirements for agendas, charts, and minutes. Satisfactory performance for PMRs is 90% of the time.

• Staffing vacancies must be filled within 45 calendar days, with 100% compliance.

• Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) support issues are considered satisfactory if addressed 90% of the time.

• Training and training materials must be delivered 7 days prior to events, with 95% on-time delivery for satisfactory performance.

• Software test reports must be delivered no later than 30 days after the test event, with 100% deliverable requirement.

• Cybersecurity tasks require 98% deliverable for weekly updates.

• Personnel rosters must be submitted by the 10th calendar day of each month, with 90% on-time delivery.

• The overall period of performance shall not exceed 30 months from the contract award date. Task Orders shall not exceed 12 months.

• Work will be performed on-site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH.

• Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600-1700, excluding Federal Holidays.
