Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted to the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Far East, Facilities Engineering Acquisition Division (FEAD) Chinhae. Award will be made to the quoter whose submission is most advantageous to the Government, based on price. Mandatory Requirements:
- Offerors must be registered in beta.SAM.
- Quotations must be priced exclusively in Korean Won; otherwise, they will be considered nonresponsive.
- An Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) form, signed by a Korean bank official, is required prior to contract entry.
- Submissions must include completed SF18 Pages 1 and 2, the most recent Stock Change Certificate, and a Certified Copy of Register. Failure to provide these will result in a nonresponsive offer. The government reserves a 120-day acceptance period for offers.
