This is a full-service lease for a term not to exceed five (5) years, with Government termination rights. The Lessor will be responsible for design and build-out based on provided specifications, and rent will cover all operating costs, real estate taxes, and insurance.

Key requirements include:

  • Primary and secondary points of ingress/egress.
  • Lighted, non-exclusive or reserved on-site parking for three marked government vehicles (24/7) and additional parking for approximately four employee vehicles and visitors during business hours.
