Evaluation

Technical Factors, approximately equal in importance to Price, include Location, Neighborhood, Ease of Access, Parking Availability, Building Appearance, Adjacent Businesses, Sign Visibility, Floor Plan/Layout, and High-Speed Internet.

- Initialed draft lease document, General Clauses 3517B, and Janitorial Specifications.
- Completed, signed, and dated Proposal to Lease Space form (template provided).
- As-built floor plan drawing and site plan showing location and available parking.
