The location must be compatible with an Armed Forces Recruiting Facility, avoiding proximity to sexually oriented businesses, bars, liquor stores, smoke shops, or marijuana dispensaries. Communications infrastructure (DSL, T1, or satellite dish) must be available. Additional Notes
All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to award. The lease will be a "fully serviced, turnkey lease," covering all operating costs, real estate taxes, and related insurance. The USACE Real Estate Contracting Officer (RECO) is the only authorized individual to amend the RLP and award the lease.
