Space Requirements
The desired retail space must offer:
- A total of 3,400 net/usable to a maximum of 3,900 gross/rentable square feet.
- Both primary and secondary points of ingress/egress.
- Lighted, non-exclusive or reserved on-site parking for 8 government vehicles (24/7) and additional lighted parking for employee/visitor vehicles during business hours.
- The right for military services to use the space beyond normal working hours, weekends, and federal holidays, including utilities.
- Placement in geographical areas compatible with an Armed Forces Recruiting Facility, avoiding proximity to sexually oriented businesses, bars, liquor stores, smoke shops, or marijuana dispensaries.
- Adequate mass transit within three walking blocks is highly desired.
Submission Requirements
Interested parties, including building owners and their exclusive representatives, must submit proposals by the deadline. Required documents include:

Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, considering a combination of Price and Technical Factors. Technical factors include Location, Neighborhood, Ease of Access, Location within Building, Parking Availability, Overall Appearance, Adjacent Businesses, Potential for Signs, Floor Plan/Layout, and High-Speed Internet.
