Scope of Work
The contractor will provide full support coverage for one (1) InAlyzer DEXA scanner, including all associated system parts (X-ray source) and software. Key services include:
- Annual Onsite Preventive Maintenance: System inspection, software updates, hardware functionality assessment, source & camera evaluation, safety & compliance testing, and calibration.
- Comprehensive Repair Coverage: All parts, labor, and travel expenses to minimize downtime.
- Priority Support & Rapid Response: Expert troubleshooting and free remote support.
- Unlimited Remote Technical Support: Phone and email support (Mon-Fri, 8 am - 6 pm EST) for technical issues, data acquisition, and reconstruction.
- Virtual Sessions: For remote diagnostics and application/software questions.
- Software Upgrades: Delivery of all available software upgrades as released.
- Defect Correction: Prompt correction of software defects or significant problems.
- Documentation: Provision of an Operator's Manual for all hardware and software updates.
