Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit pricing for all items, including the base period and all option periods, using Attachment 1 - Pricing Schedule. Pricing for each CLIN must be rounded to the nearest dollar. Quotes will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Technical acceptability requires demonstrating a sound and compliant approach, including experience with containment and enhanced security requirements, and proof of ability to work on specified equipment (e.g., authorized vendor status, documented experience, or identified subcontractors). Past Performance will also be evaluated. Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the due date.
Special Requirements & Notes
- Contractor personnel must obtain and maintain proper security levels, including a Tier 2 background investigation and a PIV card for unescorted access to NBAF. An onsite badged employee is required.
