This solicitation is for Incinerator and Scrubber System Service at the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) in Manhattan, Kansas. Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide subject matter expertise (SME) and non-personal support services for the maintenance, repair, calibration, and support of Incinerator and Scrubber systems at the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) in Manhattan, KS.

• Provide scheduled maintenance, remote software support, repairs (including emergency repairs), and reports for medical waste incinerators (MWI) continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS), Scrubbers, Wastewater system of the scrubber, Soft water system, and Ozonia generators.

• Perform calibration, scale calibration, and testing for these systems.

• Maintain at least one fully badged employee on the NBAF campus to ensure no escort is required.

• Provide onsite support to assist USDA FOMU staff during annual environmental stack testing.

• Develop and provide detailed, task-specific job plans and/or checklists for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo).

• Accuracy of Deliverables/Services: 95% of all deliverables must match service description and quality as defined in the contractor's Project Quality Plan.

• Timeliness of Deliverables/Services: 95% of all deliverables must be received by the end dates established on the contractor-provided timeline.

• Results will be included in contractor's CPARS.

• The initial contract term is one (1) year, with potential for four (4) one-year option periods.

• Services will be rendered at the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF), Manhattan, KS.
