Submission & Evaluation

Technical acceptability requires demonstrating a sound and compliant approach, including experience with containment and enhanced security requirements, and proof of ability to work on specified equipment (e.g., authorized vendor status, documented experience, or identified subcontractors). Past Performance will also be evaluated. Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the due date.

Special Requirements & Notes
