Scope of Work
This Sources Sought is for A-E services focused on preparing criteria packages for HN-funded construction projects. These projects are located on U.S. Military Installations throughout Japan. Design criteria must adhere to U.S. and Department of Defense (DOD) requirements, but deliverables must also address local construction methods and materials to meet the intent of U.S. criteria and facilitate local construction practices.

Interested firms are requested to submit responses, not exceeding 15 pages, including:
- Company Information: Name, address, and points of contact (phone, email).
- Capability & Past Experience: Description of the firm's ability to perform the services, including project data for up to ten projects within the last six years. This should detail scope, size, cost, and team members (Prime and Subcontractor) with their percentage of effort.
- Approach: A description or concept of the firm's approach to executing criteria packages for Japan HN funded construction projects.
- Specific Inquiries: Responses to questions regarding interest in a Multiple Award Task Order Contract, concurrent project execution capacity, willingness to partner with US and Japanese firms (including joint ventures), and interest in attending a virtual industry day.
