    • Fuels, Petroleum/Oils/Lubricant Engineer: Can be a licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer.
    • Geotechnical Engineer: Can be a licensed Civil Engineer.
  • The Telecommunications Engineer must be a Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD).
• Criterion 3 (Past Performance):
  • Firms must submit all completed interim CPARS/ACASS evaluations. If available, final CPARS should also be submitted.
