Scope of Work
The selected A-E firm will provide facilitation and A-E services on an as-needed basis for various missions supporting the Army, Air Force, and other entities. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitating and participating in charrettes (programming, planning, design, value-based design)
- Facilitating and participating in Value Engineering (VE) workshops (in accordance with ER 11-1-321)
- Facilitating partnering meetings
- Creating 15% schematic designs
- Providing Construction Cost Working Estimates (CWE) and Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (CSRA)
- Creating charrette and VE reports
Projects will be in geographically remote and undeveloped areas, including Local, State, Federal Lands, or U.S. Military Installations.
