• Quality Assurance: The contractor is responsible for all inspection and testing, ensuring compliance with manufacturer's specifications and drawings. Records must be maintained for 365 days.
• Packaging: MIL-STD 2073 packaging applies.
• Authorized Sources: Only authorized repair sources will be considered. Proof of authorization is required with the offer.
• Changes: Strict procedures for changes in design, material, servicing, or part numbers, requiring Contracting Officer approval.

Contract Details

• Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Not-to-Exceed (NTE), or Estimated (EST) price for repair. Quotes limited to test and evaluation (T&E) will not be accepted.
• Set-Aside: None specified.
• Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT): 603 days after receipt of asset. A price reduction will be incurred for failure to meet RTAT, unless delays are excusable. Contractors must propose a price reduction amount per unit/per month for late delivery, up to a maximum.
• Throughput Constraint: Contractors must provide a monthly repair throughput constraint.
• Induction Expiration Date: 180 days after contract award.
• IUID Requirements: Must adhere to DFARS 252.211-7003.
• Payment: Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) payment instructions apply.
