Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide quality catered meals to the New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) in support of personnel attending various training events.

• Provide timely, high-quality meals cooked to commercial grade standards.

• Adhere to the NYARNG 21-Day Menu, including all identified menu components and condiments.

• Deliver meals within specified timeframes.

• Provide meals at the location specified in the solicitation (ORTC, Fort Drum, NY 13603).

• Supply all necessary condiments (mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, etc.), paper products (plates, cups, napkins), and serving/eating utensils.

• Meals must comply with Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and permits pertaining to the food industry.

• Adherence to military regulations including AR 30-22 (Army Food Program), AR 40-25 (Nutrition Standards), and relevant Technical Bulletins (TB MED 530, TB MED 577).

• Meals must meet specific nutritional guidelines for carbohydrates, protein, fat, iron, and calories per meal (Breakfast: min 500 calories; Lunch/Dinner: min 1100 calories).

• Ingredient quality must meet North American Meat Processors Association (NAMP) standards for meat and US Standards for Grades of Fishery Products for seafood.

• Food labels must comply with FDA's Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA).

• Food must be prepared, transported, and maintained in accordance with Army Regulation 40-657 and TB MED 530.

• Contractors must have a passing score on their most recent health inspection, with no more than three critical findings.
