• Customer Service: Tracking and reporting capabilities for orders/utilization/outcomes, customer service support provided, handling of complaints, ongoing support availability, and methods for gathering/acting on user feedback.
• Compliance: Support for contract reporting/performance metrics and documentation provided for audits/reviews.
• HIPAA/Privacy: Data privacy and security measures.
