USACE Baltimore District Industry Day Event
This special notice is an announcement to advise of an upcoming Industry Day Event. On Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 0900 AM EDT local Baltimore time a virtual Industry Day will take place via Microsoft Teams. Link to Teams event contained in the attached Invite contained herein. This event is to provide information regarding the TOG Temporary Stables project and the challenges it faces. There will be a presentation by TOG and USACE followed by a Question and Answer session. A link is provided in this announcement for contractors to provide information regarding their capabilities as well as an opportunity to submit questions in advance of the Industry Day event as an effort to provide the USACE Team advance ability to give immediate and accurate responses at the event. There will also be an opportunity for follow up questions to the advanced questions provided.
The survey is a detrimental tool that will be utilized by the project delivery team for rapid ability to put this action on contract. The survey is not required by highly encouraged. Information from the survey will be utilized in scheduling in person capability briefs/solution discussions with the USACE team on Friday, 24 January 2025.

This Industry Day is not a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. Tehre is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make award(s), or pay for respondent's expenditures made in response to this notice. The purpose of this even is to survey capabilities, questions, and interest from industry for this requirement.
All information shared in teh course of this Industry Day shall be considered preliminary and tentative.

Scope:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District is seeking qualified contractors to construct a temporary stables facility at Joint Base Myer – Henderson Hall, in Arlington, VA. The facility will support the Old Guard Caisson Detachment, a unit of the U.S. Army’s 3rd Infantry Regiment that provides funeral and ceremonial duties at Arlington National Cemetery. The scope includes a 10,000 square foot temporary stables building with 26 horse stalls, a 500 square foot storage structure, and a 4,200 square foot temporary office space for 20 personnel, with all supporting utilities. The temporary facility will be in operation for approximately 3 years.
