Participation & Base Access

Vendors attending the in-person event will require base access via an Entry Authorization List (EAL). Attendees must submit required information (Name, Gender, DOB, Citizenship, Country of Birth, ID Number) on 'Attachment 1 - EAL for Attendees' as a PDF. EALs are due by 1100hrs (JST) on 8 June 2026.
