Evaluation Factors
For both PLS and RMAS, proposals will be evaluated based on Technical (Corporate Knowledge, Management and Staffing Approach, Sample Task) and Past Performance. Offerors must receive a "Green/Acceptable" for Technical and "Neutral or higher" for Past Performance to be eligible for award.
