- Recruiting Management Administrative Support (RMAS) IDIQ: A revised draft RFP (W15QKN26RA001) was released on June 8, 2026, for personnel management, data analytics, program execution, administrative support, and technology integration services. This is anticipated to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with an estimated cumulative ceiling of $1.522 billion over a 10-year period (5-year base + 5-year option).
Both IDIQs will be Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs), with task orders potentially utilizing Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and FFP-Level of Effort (FFP-LOE) contract types. Minimum guarantees for each IDIQ contract are $2,000.

Key Requirements from Draft RFPs
