- Project Labor Agreements (PLAs): No decision has been made regarding PLA requirements for OMC projects; market research is ongoing.

- Anticipated Solicitations: Solicitations are expected 6-9 months prior to award dates for construction projects. Specific MILCON projects are planned for FY27, FY28, and FY29, including a $249M Sentinel Construction Management Services (CMS) Solicitation.
- Project Durations: Tentative durations range from 32 to 52 months for various OMC projects.
