1. The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate the following changes:
a. Change the Contracting Issuing Office Address to: Environmental Contracts Core, Code RAQEO, 1220 Pacific Highway, San Diego, CA 92132.
b. Add: The Small Business Size Standard is $15.M.
2. All other items remain unchanged.
