Registration & Attendance
To attend, interested parties must email AskOAMP@hrsa.gov with their intent by March 6, 2026, 5:00 PM ET.
- In-person attendance: Limited to the first 70 companies, with a maximum of three individuals per company. Each attendee's First & Last Name, Title, and Email Address must be included in the registration email. In-person attendance is encouraged for those in the Virginia, D.C., and Maryland metropolitan area. Arrival time is between 8:30 AM and 9:15 AM on the event day.
- Virtual attendance: Available for overflow and those outside the DC metropolitan area. Instructions will be sent upon registration. There is no fee to attend, but transportation costs are the responsibility of the attendee.
