Purpose of Notice
The purpose of this special notice is to inform industry about an update to the FPDS reporting for the contract ceiling of the Medical Disability Examinations (MDE) 2025 Regions 1-4 Recompete. This update addresses discrepancies where some Task Orders exceeded the initially reported FPDS dollar values.
Contract Details
Four IDIQ contracts were awarded in December 2024 under Solicitation 36C10X25R0001 to:
- LOYAL SOURCE GOVERNMENT SERVICES LLC
- OPTUMSERVE HEALTH SERVICES INC
- QTC MEDICAL SERVICES INC
- VETERANS EVALUATION SERVICES INC
These contracts were originally structured with a maximum quantity of 9 million exams, rather than a specific dollar value, as pricing was per examination. As of this notice, 5.2 million exams have been completed or are in progress.
Financial Update
Initially, FPDS reported a Total Contract Value of $3,294,180,138.43 per contract for reporting purposes. Due to Task Orders exceeding this initial figure, the FPDS Total Contract Value will be updated to $5,000,000,000.00 for reporting purposes. The actual total contract values will be finalized upon the completion of all task orders.
