- Mt. Whitney Eastern Sierra Visitor Center (Lone Pine, CA)

Submission & Evaluation
Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Technical acceptability will be rated "acceptable" or "unacceptable" based on the offeror's ability to meet requirements, demonstrate understanding, provide estimated hours per visit, and submit a Quality Control Program (QCP). Past performance will be evaluated based on five (5) relevant contracts from the past five (5) years for the offeror, teaming partners, and critical subcontractors. Offerors must submit pricing for all items and hold prices firm for 90 calendar days.
