The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance, 2000 Technology Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 for information and the lease of space. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No formal solicitation package is available. Only written e-mailed (michael.velez@usss.dhs.gov) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 5:00 pm, Eastern Time, February 8, 2019. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
