Eligibility & Requirements
Respondents must demonstrate experience as a Prime Contractor on similar projects, specifically with ICD 705 Construction Security Project support. Key capabilities include RF shielding effectiveness testing, acoustic testing, and providing SMEs with specific certifications (SSM Training, CST training, TEMPEST or relevant RF Engineering experience) and at least five years of direct ICD-705 project experience. A Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (or pending 3rd party assessment) is required. Small businesses planning to utilize "similarly situated entities" must identify them and their proposed workshare.
