Scope of Work

Special Requirements & Qualifications
This is a non-personal services engagement. Minimum qualifications include demonstrated experience in U.S. Government operational environments, federal property accountability, equipment lifecycle management, procurement oversight, and developing control frameworks. Experience in overseas U.S. Government missions for property disposal/excess processing is required. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting public health programs, PEPFAR, or CDC/HHS overseas operations. A resume or capability statement is required.
