Purpose & Scope of Work
This RFI aims to identify industry capabilities for a non-personal services contract to provide comprehensive IT support within the USNA's Information Technology Services Division (ITSD). The services will support approximately 7,000 clients across the AAC and 400 at the Naval Academy Preparatory School (NAPS).
Key tasks include:
- Client Support: Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, handling walk-in customers, telephone/email assistance, account management, and logging/tracking requests via Web Help Desk (WHD) software.
- Academic & Hopper Hall Support: On-site IT support in academic, staff, and military department environments, including classrooms and labs, with a focus on troubleshooting hardware/software issues and supporting Linux systems in Hopper Hall.
- Shop Support: Assisting with the receipt, dispersal, storage, and disposal of computer equipment, including hardware/software repair, deployment, and life-cycle management.
- Centralized Support: Client account administration, familiarization, building access, software inventory, security updates, and IT asset management.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements
This requirement may be set-aside for SBA certified Hub-Zone small businesses. Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement (maximum 15 pages) addressing:

- Management approach, including subcontractor management.
- Technical skills and ability to perform 50% of the work (for small businesses).
- Business status and HUBZone qualification.

Special Requirements
