Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide maintenance services for Ingersoll Rand air compressors and dryers at Benét Laboratories to ensure their proper operation for dynamic hydraulic testing and other armament system component testing.

Provide on-site preventative maintenance service for five (5) Ingersoll Rand air compressors and three (3) dryers located in Buildings 110, 112, and 121. Maintenance includes diagnostic checks, connection checks, lubrication, coolant sample analysis, filter changes, coolant replacement, belt inspection, and electrical connection inspection.

• NVC1200A400 Dryer: Change pre-filter, after-filter, and float traps.
• UP6-15C-125 Air Compressor: Change oil filter, test run.
• SSR-XP100 Air Compressor: Change oil filter, test run.
• HPXE125-2S Air Compressors (2): Drain and replace coolant (90 gallons Ultracoolant), change coolant filter elements, test run.
• D85NC-A16-100 Dryer: Change pre-filter, after-filter, check float traps.
• 2545E10 Air Compressor: Change air filter, oil, inspect belts, grease motors, inspect air lines and condensate drains, inspect electrical connections, test run.

The contractor shall also identify and order necessary replacement hardware.

• Preventative Maintenance: 100% acceptable quality level (AQL), monitored by Technical POC Review.

• Replacement Hardware: 100% AQL, monitored by planned surveillance.

• Period of Performance: One year, April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027.

• Place of Performance: Benét Laboratories, Buildings 110, 112, and 121.

• Accounting for Contract Service: All contractor labor hours must be reported via the secure data collection site: https://www.ecmra.mil by October 31st annually.

• Information Disclosure: A Certificate of Non-Disclosure must be signed by all contractor employees prior to award. No information or data shall be released without Government approval.

This solicitation is for the maintenance of Ingersoll Rand air compressors and dryers located at Benet Laboratories. The objective is to ensure the proper operation of five (5) Ingersoll Rand air compressors and three (3) dryers.

• On-site preventative maintenance service for specific Ingersoll Rand equipment (reciprocating compressors, rotary compressors, and dryers).

• Performance of diagnostic checks, connection checks, lubrication, coolant sample analysis, filter changes, and unit testing.

• Contractor is responsible for identifying and ordering additional replacement hardware as needed.

• All contractor labor hours must be reported via a secure data collection site (https://www.ecmra.mil).
