This is a request for quotes (RFQ) for the "INJECTION CONTROL, M" part (NSN: 2910-01-700-3883) manufactured by FAIRBANKS MORSE DEFENSE (Part Number: 16611810). The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement for this item.

• The item must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1 E Method 10.

• Packaging must include a double layer of 3/4 inch bubble wrap.

• The item must be packed in an appropriately sized ASTM-D6251 Type III, Class 1 wood-cleated panelboard shipping box OR an ASTM-D6880 Class 2 heavy-duty screwed wooden box.

• Marking must be in accordance with MIL-STD-129R, except bar coded in accordance with ISO/IEC-16388-2007, Code 39 symbology.

• No substitutions will be authorized without approval from USCG SFLC technical experts.
