Scope of Work

All materials must meet FDA Food Grade standards (FDA 21 CFR 177.1520). Vendors must be prepared to send material samples for testing at the project location prior to award. Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit pricing and required information (SAM Unique Entity ID, Point of Contact, Telephone & FAX number, Email Address, and Business Size) in writing to Chad Privett at chad.privett2@usdoj.gov. All communication must be in writing. An active registration in SAM.gov is mandatory. The Government intends to award a contract without discussions, based on offers that are most advantageous, with technical factors being significantly more important than price. Evaluation will include meeting the specifications listed in Section B. Offers must be held firm for 60 calendar days.

All pricing must include shipping costs. This solicitation was amended on April 8, 2026, to specifically add the requirement for vendors to submit material samples for testing prior to award.
