Technical Requirements
The requirement includes:
- Seven (7) Handheld X-Ray Imagers: Must meet detailed specifications including rechargeable Li-ion battery packs, 110/220V AC charger, USB cable, Infinity detector, embedded 7" FHD display (Android 9, USB, WIFI, Bluetooth), lockable waterproof IP54 certified carrying case, 140 keV 10W X-ray Tube, operating conditions from -40°F to 140°F, high-resolution integrated color touch screen, scan speed up to 16" per second, user's manual, shoulder strap, and a 2-year warranty.
- Two (2) Modular Transmission Panels: MTP+1417i, 14x17, with a weatherproof carrying case, two batteries, a charger, and mounting accessories.
- One (1) Training Session: Sixteen (16) hours of training for twenty (20) students on the operation of the handheld X-Ray imager. Training must be delivered within 20 calendar days of equipment arrival by OEM certified instructors in Spanish, at a Colombian Army installation (e.g., Tolemaida/Larandia). The contractor is responsible for instructor travel, lodging, and meals. Training topics include X-ray technology, equipment characteristics, technical use, information/images administration, basic maintenance/safety, and operation/functionality tests.
Logistics & Warranty
- Delivery: To INL warehouse in Colombia (local vendors) or INL Freight Forwarder in Miami, FL (US Vendors). Contractor must ensure proper packing, consolidation, export approvals, material data safety sheets, licenses, and paperwork. Partial shipments are not allowed without approval.
- Warranty: All items must be covered by a minimum 12-month warranty from acceptance or standard commercial warranty, whichever is longer. Offerors must facilitate expeditious return of warranty items.
- Customs & Tax: The U.S. Government will assist with customs clearance and tax exemption certificates in Colombia.
- Inspection & Acceptance: The designated COR will inspect and formally accept items upon verification of compliance at the designated Colombian National Police location.
